This Introductory session, delivered by Intercultural facilitator Kensika Monshengwo and hosted by Kildare PPN, will introduce participants to the concept of cultural identity; examine unconscious bias, reflect on experiences of prejudice, discrimination and exclusion and will highlight power and privilege between majority and minority groups. The Workshop will also assist participants gain an understanding of diversity and anti-racism vocabulary and concepts.  Register Here
