SUMMARY:Intercultural Awareness and Anti Racism Training
DESCRIPTION:This Introductory session\, delivered by Intercultural facilitator Kensika Monshengwo and hosted by Kildare PPN\, will introduce participants to the concept of cultural identity; examine unconscious bias\, reflect on experiences of prejudice\, discrimination and exclusion and will highlight power and privilege between majority and minority groups.
