The Winter Initiative

 

Kildare PPN were delighted to contribute €4,500 to the Older Voices Winter Initiative along with Community Policing, OVK, CKLP, Kildare PPN, HSE Suicide Prevention Office, Kildare Age Friendly, Kildare Sports Partnership, and Tús that saw 1,000 resource and art packs around the themes of the Keeping Well Campaign along with 150 food hampers that were delivered to older people in Kildare that were in need of extra supports this Christmas.  We were also delighted to lend a hand to Older Voices Kildare and County Kildare LEADER Partnership in helping with preparing the resource packs and writing Christmas cards for the recipients.
