Running a community group means dealing with bank or credit union accounts, and there are processes you need to follow. This free 2-hour online session will explain what your group needs to know about setting up and managing accounts, legal responsibilities, Anti-Money Laundering legislation, and how to identify your group’s beneficial owners. Ideal for trustees, committee members, staff, and volunteers in the nonprofit sector.

Kildare County Council to Host National Play Day 2025

Free Family Event at Áras Chill Dara, Naas – Saturday, 6 September 2025
The event will feature over 30 indoor and outdoor activities, including live stage acts and will cater for all age groups. Accessible features such as a quiet entry, wheelchair friendly access, a sensory suite and accessible toilets will be available on the day. Play in all its forms, leisure and recreation, supports children to explore, develop and learn.
