12/10/2022Conflict can sometimes be inevitable where a group of people are trying to achieve something on a committee or as part of a community organisation. The important thing is how that conflict is dealt with.
The focus of this conflict management workshop centres around:
- Understanding conflict
- The potential causes and consequences on (i) the person and (ii) the organisation
- Informal and formal processes in responding to situations (considering participant contexts)
- Personal responsibility
- The role of good governance in prevention and management.
